Delete your Valivu account and data
Valivu is provided by Technium Foundry LLC. You can request account and associated data deletion here without signing in to the app or this website.
Request deletion by email
Email support@techniumfoundry.tech with the subject Valivu account and data deletion request. If possible, send the request from the email address used for your Valivu account. Identify that account email in your message and say that you want your Valivu account and its associated data deleted.
If the email link does not open, copy the address into your email app. Opening the link does not send a request; send the email to submit it.
We verify account ownership before deleting account data. If you no longer have access to the account email, explain that in your request so support can discuss ownership verification with you.
Never send passwords, full card numbers, security codes or PINs. We do not need them for a deletion request.
What is deleted
- Your Valivu sign-in account and account sessions.
- Saved card references and check results, your saved shopping cart, and coverage requests associated with the account.
- Your account activity history and associated queued activity.
Deleting saved card information does not cancel or change the underlying bank, credit or gift card.
Records retained after deletion
Minimal records remain to track completion of deletion, prevent misuse and protect subscription ownership: hashed account and deletion-receipt references, billing-ownership claims linked to a hashed account reference, and deletion/security audit records. These are separate from the saved cards, cart and account activity history listed above.
The deletion implementation does not set an automatic expiry for these retained records. Ask support about retained records when submitting your request. We do not promise a fixed processing deadline on this page.
Support email correspondence is handled under our website privacy policy, separately from deleting app data.
Delete from the app
While signed in, open Settings, find the Data section, choose Delete account and saved data, and confirm. You may need to sign out and sign in again to verify recent ownership. You can use the email request above if you cannot access the app.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Valivu account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel separately through Google Play or your Apple App Store subscription settings to stop future renewals.
